CPR Certified or willing to become certified Ability to lift 30lbs. ?

Immediately Job Description Cascade Christian Schools, a high-quality, independent, interdenominational school system, is accepting applications for a Receptionist at our Puyallup Early Learning Center. Greet families and visitors, manage front desk operations, and oversee secure sign-in/out procedures Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Provide administrative support to leadership, including document preparation and general clerical tasks Assist with student enrollment, maintain accurate records, and update data systems Monitor and maintain student files, including emergency contacts, medical information, and immunization compliance Support health and safety procedures, including medication administration, illness response, and emergency drill coordination Prepare and distribute communications such as emails, newsletters, flyers, and health notices Coordinate and support center events and staff engagement activities Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate updates to staff Track and process incident reports, work orders, and required documentationREQUIREMENTS

WORK HOURS
Monday•Friday, 6:45 am•3:15 pm ?SALARY RANGE
$20.30•23.05 per Hour, depending on experience ?BENEFITS
