Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Redmond, WA. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent customer service to visitors and team members. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in visitors promptly, ensuring compliance with site protocols and registration procedures.
- Issue visitor badges using the designated system to maintain secure access control.
- Provide clear and friendly assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and offering directions as needed.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining visitor logs, data entry, and record keeping.
- Answer incoming calls with attention to detail, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Coordinate meeting room setups and assist with scheduling as required.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Uphold a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor while representing the company.
- Follow established security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations efficiently. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or related role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
