As the first point of contact with our clients and their pets, we rely on our customer service representatives to provide the foundation of our relationships, communications, and daily operations.

Job duties include:

Client communication (phone, email, online platforms) Appointment scheduling Accurate/detailed record keeping and note taking Enthusiastic and professional engagement with clients and their pets Taking payments and ensuring accurate billing/invoicing

Schedule:

Mondays-Thursdays, 7:45a-6:30p (with an hour lunch)

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary reception, veterinary assisting, or animal shelter customer service (must have direct contact with the public) Strong oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with people and their pets Experience working with eVet/Pulse preferred
