The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, while also delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
  • Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Utilize computer systems to complete tasks, including computerizing documents and records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Perform various office tasks, such as scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and performing other duties as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of office management principles, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an office setting with experience in a tax office preferred.
  • Tax Preparation experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and visitors.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including phone systems and office software.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with the ability to review documents carefully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
