Senior Living Community Schedule:
Mon 1pm-7pm and Fri 1pm-6pm. Experience is not necessary! We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and kind heart who wants to work with the elderly.
Position Overview :
Greeting families and visitors Multiline telephone management/taking messages/directing calls Scheduling appointments Concierge services such as providing information, coordinating package deliveries, taking meal orders Wellness checks on residents in case of emergency Till management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality. Has a heart for senior adults. Professionalism Interact with residents, families and guests, maintaining positive relations. Receive visitors. Type communications, forms, reports as assigned. Keep information updated and communicated.
Essential Qualifications:
Good telephone skills. Good skills with computer, copier, fax, and calculator. Math aptitude. Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle complex workloads and prioritize. Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly. Relate to people in a courteous, understanding and cooperative manner. Accommodate inquiries for information and/or assistance. Must be dependable, professionally dressed and well groomed. Ability to handle complaints graciously. Ability to take constructive criticism. Ability to follow directions. CPR/First Aid, dementia/mental health and Food Handlers training desirable.
