DESK/RECEPTIONIST

Faces in Bloom is growing, and we're looking for a front desk/receptionist who brings energy, connection, and presence into every patient interaction . This is not a quiet, behind-the-scenes role. This is for someone who is outgoing, confident, and loves people — someone who helps create an experience patients genuinely look forward to.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll support our providers while also playing a key role in the patient experience from start to finish .

This includes:

Check patients in and out Take before and after photos Ensure consents and paperwork are complete Schedule and manage appointments Enroll patients into memberships Sell and recommend medical grade skincare products Maintain treatment room flow and cleanliness Help keep providers on schedule and supported throughout the day You are not "just a receptionist." You are part of what makes the experience feel special, seamless, and elevated .

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30AM - 6PM. Saturdays 9:30AM - 4 PM.
