Cornerstone Law is looking for an organized and detail-oriented, full-time receptionist/sales assistant. There is ample room for growth at Cornerstone; in this role, you will see all the legal and office activities and can develop in areas that interest you. : Be an ambassador for Cornerstone by making people feel welcomed and valued Greet clients in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm appointments Evaluate urgency of client needs to recommend prioritization Organize and maintain physical and digital files Follow-up with potential clients after initial appointments Send and track fee agreements : Can accurately summarize interactions in writing after the interaction is done Can complete any post-interaction follow up or workflow Have previous experience and can adapt your experience to our existing processes Have a desire for continual process improvement Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and task switch Have these technical skills and experience: Proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook Foundational understanding of relational databases/CRMs and the benefits of a well-maintained system Have attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Are willing and eager to learn, take on challenging tasks, and grow in their role If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute to a client-focused team, we would love to hear from you.
