WHO YOU ARE

You're charming, quick on your feet, and know how to make people feel welcome the moment they walk in (or DM us). You're organized and creative — the kind of person who can answer the phone with a smile while crafting an Instagram caption that makes everyone want to book a balayage.

Bonus points if you:

Speak fluent emoji Can spot good lighting faster than a stylist spots split ends Love brainstorming Instagram ideas and helping a brand shine

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be the first and friendliest face of The Loft (in-person & online) Manage appointments & client flow like a pro Create & post social content — we'll give you creative freedom Keep the salon running smoothly (think inventory checks, light tidying, client smiles) Assist the owner with projects — marketing, events, and more
