Veterinary Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Veterinary Receptionist to join our close-knit veterinary team! We offer consistent hours (7:30-6 weekdays) with no on call or weekends! We have amazing clients and an awesome staff that always has your back. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of veterinary practices will be essential in providing a positive experience for both clients and their furry friends. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients Provide accurate information about veterinary services, procedures, and pricing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Process payments and handle financial transactions Manage medical records and ensure accuracy of client information Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians within the clinic to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and medications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to animals and their owners, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
