What You'll Do You'll be one of the first friendly faces our clients and their pets see!

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude Answering phones and assisting clients with questions and scheduling Providing excellent customer service and communication Educating clients about veterinary services and preventative care Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate medical records Processing payments and assisting with basic administrative duties Communicating with doctors and the veterinary team Multitasking in a busy veterinary environment Helping keep the hospital organized, welcoming, and running smoothly What We're Looking For The right person will be: Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with people and pets An excellent communicator with strong phone skills Organized and able to multitask Dependable and hardworking Comfortable using computers and learning new software Confident speaking with clients and providing education A positive team player Interested in veterinary medicine and eager to learn Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but not required.
