In addition to handling customer inquiries and managing reservations, the ideal candidate is also capable of handling administrative work and performing basic accounting duties. Our company has a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, so the ideal candidate for this position requires strong communication skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a hectic environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct calls. Answer questions from customers and process payments. Deal with the public in a polite and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints. Sell customers additional products and services. Take orders for food and beverages for guests. Be able to solve complex problems. Be able to perform well under pressure.
