Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist with laundry responsibilities to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily administrative tasks. Your multitasking skills and friendly demeanor will ensure smooth operations at the front desk and efficient handling of laundry services, contributing to a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs. Handle laundry services efficiently, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens or clothing as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage correspondence via email or phone. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools. Ensure excellent phone etiquette and provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with clerical experience preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and proofreading is a plus. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to handle laundry processes accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
