Job Description

Are you looking for a bit of variety and ready to put your problem-solving skills to work? This position works directly with the Director of Operations and will allow you to put your lean manufacturing experience and education to good use! Work with a premier Emission Control Products supplier in a nice, clean manufacturing work environment.

Bloomer, WI Your Role on our
Team:
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators. Project manage the purchase, installation & production implementation of new equipment or modification of existing equipment and systems to CCC's clean design. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Analyzes and troubleshoots solutions to production problems with engineering, sales and other departments. Maintain, audit, refine, and improve equipment and processes within this area. Involved with capacity planning. Recommends and evaluates new production equipment to improve processes. Plan and implement preventative maintenance plans, quality checks and safety protocols in conjunction with current systems.
What We're Looking For:
Completion of 4 years of study in Manufacturing Engineering or other related discipline. A minimum of 5 years previous experience is desired. Requires a four-year mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industry related manufacturing environment.\ Must have strong technical and problem-solving skills. Exercise good business judgment in making daily operating decisions with the long-term interests of the Company in mind. Deal effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people and situations. Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Meet deadlines that change frequently. Deal effectively with time pressures, stress, and change. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, well-spoken and able to present a positive personal image.
