Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

Best Western Maritime Inn is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Complete laundry task, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby. Requirements Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.

Shift Information:

1st shift: 8AM-3PM, 2nd shift: 3PM-11
