The Palm Salon & Spa - Cross Lanes, WV -In the palm of God's hands. The Palm Salon & Spa is a faith based, upscale salon seeking a high-energy, people-focused, and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Client Concierge & Salon Experience Coordinator . This role is essential to maintaining exceptional client experiences while actively supporting the growth, organization, and community presence of our salon. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a business that values excellence, creativity, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Hospitality Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, elevated salon experience Offer beverages and refreshments to clients while they wait Maintain a calm, organized, and positive front-of-house atmosphere Ensure clients feel cared for from arrival to departure Scheduling & Client Relations Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client inquiries Communicate with guests regarding services, availability, and policies Maintain accurate client information and notes within our system Sales & Growth Support Educate clients on current promotions, specials, and new services Recommend and sell retail products and salon services Support business growth by increasing client retention and awareness Salon Operations & Organization Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional space Help with daily opening and closing tasks Support management with operational tasks as needed Events, Community & Brand Presence Assist with hosting charity events, client parties, and special events Help with setup, organization, and execution of salon events Contribute ideas for community outreach and local partnerships Creative & Social Media Support Assist with social media content ideas, client interaction, and engagement Help capture behind-the-scenes moments and salon culture when needed Reporting & Administrative Support Provide basic reports to management (client counts, sales tracking, etc.) Communicate important client feedback and trends to leadership What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with sales and client-facing interactions Willingness to help outside of a strict job scope when needed Creative mindset with interest in marketing or community engagement Professional appearance and positive attitude Desire to grow with the business long-term Why Work at The Palm Salon & Spa?
