Job Description

Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where you'll be the friendly face and organized voice that keeps our clinic running smoothly! In this vital role, you'll manage client interactions, handle appointment scheduling, and ensure a welcoming environment for pet owners and their beloved animals. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor while supporting the clinical team with essential administrative tasks. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of animal care, contributing to the health and happiness of pets and their families. Greet clients warmly and efficiently check in and out pets for appointments, surgeries, or etc. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up reminders with enthusiasm and precision Collect payments Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information about services, appointments, and pet care advice Maintain organized records of patient histories, vaccination records, and treatment notes in compliance with confidentiality standards Handle inventory management for medical supplies and pet products Previous experience in veterinary reception or related customer service roles is highly preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing records and appointments Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for animals meets your passion for exceptional client service!
