Position Available:

Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon in Clarksburg is searching for upbeat, energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team! We are hiring both full-time and part-time positions, with career advancement and room to grow. Training will be available to qualified applicants.

Position Overview:

Greet all guests Answer phones with pleasant disposition Provide exceptional customer service to every client Reserve client appointments Confirm appointments with guests prior to their scheduled reservation Provide guests with salon, spa and medical spa service and product information Make clients feel comfortable Check in clients upon arrival Check out clients and present products for sale Wash and fold laundry and replenish spa changing rooms Count product inventory and restock shelves Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities Attend regular staff meetings and training

Applicant Requirements:

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Basic phone and computer skills Proven ability to sell products and up-sell services Ability to follow through with assigned tasks Ability to schedule guest appointments and process payments

Pay:

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
