Meaningful work serving the community Supportive, mission-driven team environment Opportunity to grow in a healthcare setting Culture that honors and respects Native traditions and values What You'll Do As a key member of our Patient Access team, you will: Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Register patients and accurately enter demographic and insurance information Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments Answer and route incoming calls efficiently Ensure patient forms are complete and properly documented in the EHR Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards Support clinic flow by coordinating with clinical staff Perform general administrative duties (filing, faxing, scanning, etc.) Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service or front office experience

Preferred:

Healthcare or medical office experience Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes Familiarity with Native American cultures and communities

SkillsAbilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality Work EnvironmentPhysical Requirements Professional clinic setting with frequent patient interaction Primarily desk-based work with computer use Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.)
