Overview This position requires continuous auditory and visual attention to PBX and Nurse Call. The primary responsibility of the communications representative is to answer, screen and process all nurse call and PBX calls from patients, staff and the general public and dispatch, page or transfer in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner to the appropriate party or department. This position also provides administrative support for the marketing department as dictated by ongoing marketing communication plans and internal / departmental responsibilities.

Qualifications Education:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

2-3 years experience in switchboard operation and/or customer service
