If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a positive attitude and speak with a friendly, welcoming tone at all times. Follow company procedures and instructions accurately. Handle multiple tasks while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals. Remain calm and professional while working under pressure. Accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and listening skills. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. Dependable work history with a commitment to attendance and punctuality.Pre-Employment Requirements Candidates must:
Successfully complete Call Center skills testing with passing scores.Schedule :
Must be available to work every other weekend.
