• + Answer incoming calls quickly and clearly, greeting guests with a positive tone and directing them to the right person or department.

+ Take and relay messages accurately, ensuring no details get lost in translation. + Handle wake-up call requests with care, confirming times to help guests start their day right. + Dispatch security, guest services, and maintenance teams efficiently using radios and paging systems to address guest needs and emergencies. + Respond to basic guest inquiries like time, extension numbers, and outlet hours—and stay calm when answering emergency lines.
