Job Description
Marriott seeks a PBX Operator for our Butler Service Desk supporting a global hospitality brand. In this front-line role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, promptly routing guests to the right services and responding to butler and VIP requests with warmth and professionalism. You'll log requests in hotel systems, coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and front office, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Working in a fast-paced environment, you maintain Marriott service standards, protect guest privacy, and contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
