Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the front desk phone operator, answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Dispatch messages and relay information to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with callers and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in typing and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Phone Operator. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Immediate Opening for multiple Telephone Receptionists/Front Office Greeters/Personal Assistants You can have a somewhat flexible schedule (each week you tell the company your availability for the next week). Most people work at least 4 shifts per week. Must be available to work at least one shift on Saturdays and one shift on Sundays. This does not mean that you will have this schedule every week (you might be a backup person), however you must have the availability to do so. Shifts are 7 days per week: 7:30 am
  • 12:30 pm 12:30 pm
  • 5:30 pm 5:30 pm
  • closing (usually between 11:30 pm and 12:15 am) Must be very reliable and punctual.
Preference for candidates who live near I-70 & Sheridan (Highlands, Sloans' Lake, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Mountain View, Arvada) and surround areas. This is a non-smoking position. Casual, but professional office attire. Successful candidates will have a pleasant telephone voice and mannerism. Must be able to multi-task (answer multiple phone lines, deal with the public in front of you, speak with employees, take messages in the proper message book, respond to a walkie-talkie, etc....). Should have the ability to type on an electric typewriter and to keyboard. Experience with Word and Excel.
