Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk phone operator, answering and directing incoming calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Dispatch messages and relay information to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with callers and visitors.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- 12:30 pm 12:30 pm
- 5:30 pm 5:30 pm
- closing (usually between 11:30 pm and 12:15 am) Must be very reliable and punctual.
