Office Phone Operator/Switchboard (Part-Time Position)
Job Details:
Part-Time Position available for a Phone Operator/Switchboard.
Shift available:
Mon/Tues/Wed 1:30pm - 5:30pm. Scheduled work hours will be approximately 12-15 hours per week. This is NOT a remote position. This is a permanent position, NOT seasonal.
Responsibilities:
The Phone Operator/Switchboard handles Premier Executive Center's multi-line telephone system and answers all incoming calls in a timely manner from a workstation within our call center. The operator must document and route the incoming calls to the correct individual or department or transfer them to voicemail.
Requirements for position:
Must live within a 15-mile radius of the business address (1415 Panther Lane, Naples
FL, 34109
). Looking for individuals whose personality shines through the phone as well as in person. Must be able to multitask and stay calm under pressure handling situations with ease and confidence. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy assisting clients' needs. Reliable transportation. Clear speaking voice and positive demeanor on the phone and in person. Strong customer service skills. Flexibility and teamwork. Able to multitask. Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. High School Graduate (or GED). Previous Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. Computer literate and typing skills of at least 30+ words per minute. Must be over 18, speak fluent English. Legal to work in the United States. Complete background check and drug-free workplace.
