Job Description
Position Requirements :
High school graduate /G.E.D. diploma required. Previous communications/telecommunications experience preferred. Typing experience and information systems familiarity required. Experience in various IT applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams preferred. Pleasant and effective verbal communication skills necessary. Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure with frequent interruptions. Ability to multi-task Answer calls in a courteous and prompt manner using established scripting. Transfers calls to the correct party according to Policy and Procedure. Issues emergency alerts, notifications, and stat pages according to Policy and Procedure; maintains calm manner during emergency situations. Possesses excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
