Job Description

•Position Requirements•: + High school graduate /G.E.D. diploma required. + Previous communications/telecommunications experience preferred. + Typing experience and information systems familiarity required. + Experience in various IT applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams preferred. + Pleasant and effective verbal communication skills necessary. + Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure with frequent interruptions. + Ability to multi-task + Answer calls in a courteous and prompt manner using established scripting. + Transfers calls to the correct party according to Policy and Procedure. + Issues emergency alerts, notifications, and stat pages according to Policy and Procedure; maintains calm manner during emergency situations. + Possesses excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
