Duties Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls as needed Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, coordinating with appropriate hotel or emergency personnel when necessary Keep detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with night audit processes, hotel management systems, and front desk software Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and resort or motel operations Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during late-night shifts Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest services and security protocols is preferred Join us as a Night Time Front Desk Operator and become an essential part of creating welcoming experiences for our guests!
