Here's what you'll bring to the role: Active Illinois OT or COTA licensure, or eligibility to obtain before start Previous experience delivering OT services in K-12 environments (preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and staff Commitment to student progress and evidence-based therapy interventions Adaptability and a positive, student-focused attitude Key responsibilities include: Assessing and evaluating students' functional abilities, needs, and progress Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats Tracking student progress, documentation, and updating IEPs as required Consulting with educators and families to support student goals Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams Available positions span three locations: Lake in the
