Duties:
departments/ individuals in a polite, expeditious manner, as well as assisting walk-in visitors; Assists the Village Clerk's office in such duties as real estate tax transactions and voter registration; Performs mail sorting, opening, check payment sorting, counting and tallying utilizing tape machine calculator or other electronic calculators; Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Required High school diploma or equivalent required; Prior switchboard and/or Iiraininci and administrative support in an office environment preferred; Must haveKnowledcie:
excellent hearing, verbal communication skiiis, telephone and interpersonal skills, along with a pleasant and welcoming personality; Must be able to manage multiple calls in sequence; Must have the ability to operate moderately sophisticated office equipment including, but not limited to, the Village's switchboard, personal computers, printers, calculators, etc.; Must be fluent in English; Bilingual skills helpful, but not required.
