PRN Rotating How you'll make an impact in this role: Perform a variety of customer service functions.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer service inquiries and problems. Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs. Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting. Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources. Maintain records as appropriate. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need: PRN postilion will cover the following: Sat and Sun- 0500-0900 (will likely become 8 hour shifts), potential to fill in as needed during the following shifts: 0700-1900 and 0900-0700 (Sunday-Saturday), M-F 0500-1330, 0700-1530, and 1100-1730.
