These positions would take place 100% on site and would offer the opportunity to work for a top employer in the Boston market. Room to move up within the organization! Qualifications Customer Service experience Call center a plus Someone who is looking to learn, avid learner Competitive edge Positive attitude Reliable Job Description Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics Determining who is on the call Retrieving customer contact information in database Triaging the call to the appropriate contact. Hours Monday

• Saturday
• 5 days a week
• 40-hour work week

• NO SUNDAYS

  2nd shift hours
• training is typically 10:30am-6:30pm/7:00pm
• shift after training will fall between the hours of 2pm-11pm (8 hour shift) Pay $22
