Job Summary and Qualifications Seeking an experienced PBX Operator to join our dynamic team of telecommunications professionals. In this role, you will assist our hospital team by promptly answering all incoming calls and assisting in placing outgoing calls. What qualifications you will need:
EXPERIENCE
Required
•2 years switchboard experience. Preferred
•Experience operator with at least 5 years of experience.
EDUCATION
Required
•High school graduate. Preferred
•Graduate with previous switchboard experience. Medical terminology a plus .
