1st/2nd Swing Shift Must be available for weekends

HIPPA Compliant, Job Duties:
Obtains information by answering telephone calls, verifying information, call handling per client's procedure. Informs callers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information Maintains client records by updating account information. Helps callers in distress by responding to emergencies. Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains security by following procedures Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort Please attach
