Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Property and Evidence Supervisor, the Property Control Specialist performs technical and operational duties associated with the intake, documentation, storage, security, transfer, and authorized disposition of property and evidence in the custody of the Police Department. The position maintains chain-of-custody integrity and performs its work in accordance with applicable laws, department policies and procedures, and recognized property and evidence management practices.
