Job Description

Provides quality communications service for patients and their families, the medical staff, and all departments within the hospital. High School education or equivalent required Computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Switchboard experience preferred, but not required Ability to function in a complex environment under stressful conditions Ability to communicate effectively Ability to perform routine clerical procedures Ability to work without direct supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
