Job Description

PBX Operator Full Time Nights If you're looking for a place to grow your skills and experience, Three Crosses Regional Hospital is looking for you! We are looking for a PBX Operator that is committed to clinical excellence and building a patient-centered culture. Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate telephone switchboards and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls. Determine the nature of inquiries and provide general information. Handle problem situations in a professional manner and adequately communicates pertinent information so an overall work environment is created that lends itself to the best interest of the Hospital department personnel. Provide external connections for staff and answer internal queries directed to the switchboard. Provide connections to the police, ambulance, or fire department when emergencies are reported.
Requirements:
