Job description Overview Join our dynamic team as a PBX Operator, where your communication skills and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff, ensuring professional and courteous interactions at all times. Responsibilities Must be 18 years or older Have basic computer skills in order to perform essential job functions Must be familiar with multi-line phone system with high call volume Must be able to communicate calmy and clearly will callers and co-workers Ability to perform multiple tasks on an ongoing basis is required Must possess the ability to work in high volume stressful situations
