We are seeking a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to greet visitors with a warm welcome, operate multiple telephone line system and two-way radio systems. The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.

Job highlights:

Night shift Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays 6:15pm to 7:15am. Receive all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate extension. Greet hospital visitors and provide hospital information and direction. Dispatch alarm messages and contact appropriate hospital personnel in event of emergency.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Able to effectively communicate with all hospital departments, visitors and emergency personnel. Strong customer service.
