Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
