Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department or person. Places outgoing calls as requested by employees and management. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and received. Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person. Provides general information to callers and visitors as needed. Assists in training and onboarding new staff.
