Position Introduction:
OU IT is currently hiring for the position of Campus Operator. This position transfers inbound calls for the Norman and OKC campuses. Shifts take place between 8am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday. This position requires approximately 4-6 hours of paid training. This position does not involve providing IT support to callers.
Job Duties:
Answer and transfer calls received to the Norman/OKC main phone lines and operator lines Maintain a professional approach to all calls and represent OU IT in a professional manner Support additional university initiatives/offices with technical assistance and/or phone support
Required Education and Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
