Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Job Summary Coordinate all incoming and outgoing health system communications. Answer the internal hospital emergency 88 line. Utilize the overhead and digital paging system. Perform answering service for selected physicians. Pager Deployment Process HIT basic request during on call period. Attend departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
Qualifications One year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills and 30 wpm typing, preferred. Education High school education or equivalent GED Experience One (1) year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills 30 wpm typing, preferred.
