As a Switchboard Operator at Sodexo, you are adaptable team players and message multitaskers. Efficiency and calm in hectic environments is critical to being a support to your team and clients. You may work in any type of location on client premises. This individual, often the initial contact for the facility or department Responsibilities include: Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution May perform additional clerical duties Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
