Job Description
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Knowledge of operational risk and compliance framework, primarily in the banking industry and its related operations. Experience with issue management lifecycle including root cause analysis, analyzing risks and remediation plans for resolution, and testing effectiveness (design and performance) of associated controls. Risk and Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) and Issue Management experience Experience in developing and/or monitoring key risk indicators Experience with enterprise risk management framework including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governance Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy A BS/BA degree or higher preferredJob Expectations:
