Answering Service Operators Details:

position $ work available Weekend work required Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Take accurate messages and input information into the system. Route calls or messages to appropriate contacts. Provide basic information to callers when needed. Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.

Answering Service Operators Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Clear speaking voice and good phone etiquette. Basic computer/data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous call center or answering service experience.
