Front Desk Operator

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Operator to join our team at Kingsway Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients while managing incoming calls and front office operations in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion Verify insurance information and collect copays/payments Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system Communicate effectively with providers, and staff Support clinic operations with additional responsibilities when required Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be bilingual Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of EMR systems (Athena preferred) and medical terminology is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Flexibility to perform other duties assigned by management Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Professional appearance and positive attitude required Benefits Paid time off and benefits available based on eligibility If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
