• Job Summary and Qualifications
• The PBX Operator staffs the Main Lobby Information Desk and the Telecommunication Office, serving as a vital point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and the general public.

This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of the hospital, its services, and personnel, ensuring efficient communication and a welcoming environment while maintaining situational awareness and responding to emergency requests.

• What qualifications you will need:
• + High school diploma/GED + 1+ years of acute care experience + 1+ years of PBX experience
