In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all quality-related documentation, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Shift:
8:00 AM to 4:30
PM Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality Documentation Specialist - Duties Manage and maintain quality documents, including SOPs, BPRs, COAs, specifications, and certifications. Administer the Change Control process and ensure proper approvals. Scan, organize, file, and maintain controlled documents. Review and update documents to meet
FDA, NSF
GMP, SQF, and company standards. Support internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. Provide quality documentation promptly while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field preferred 3+ years of document control or related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Knowledge of regulatory documentation requirements preferred Knowledge of NSF and SQF standards for food and dietary supplements preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must maintain confidentiality and handle controlled documents with integrity Join us as a Doc Control Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality excellence!
