Job Description

Operates switchboard for the hospital. Answers phones and is the first person that visitor will encounter when coming to the hospital. May monitor oversight of the input of all data for admissions, diversions, and discharges. Overall management of the patient diversion process and tracking procedures. Monitors the tracking of commitments, diversion log and pre-admission intake screenings, making improvements when necessary. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime may be required. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis & breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. Applicants must successfully complete a background check. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in agency & bureau policies. This is a tobacco free campus #
INDLP Minimum Qualifications Training:
Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.

$28,800.00 - $48,000.00 per year
