This position is ideal for someone with automotive dealership finance and DMV/title experience who can take a deal from credit application through lender funding and completed title transfer.
Responsibilities:
Finance & Deal Structuring Run and process customer credit applications Review credit profiles and structure deals for lender approval Submit deals to banks and lenders Communicate with lenders regarding approvals, conditions, and deal requirements Present and complete finance contracts and required disclosures with customers Ensure all contracts and deal documents are accurate and properly executed Funding Collect and upload lender-required stipulations Monitor deals through the funding process Follow up on outstanding funding requirements Resolve lender funding issues and contract discrepancies Maintain organized records of pending and funded deals DMV, Titles & Registration Manage and file dealership title paperwork Prepare DMV/title documents for ownership transfer Verify title documents for accuracy and completeness before submission Track pending title and registration transactions Resolve title or DMV issues as they arise Prepare and mail registration documents to customers Maintain organized title and DMV records for dealership inventory and sold vehicles Qualifications Previous automotive dealership finance, DMV, or title experience strongly preferred Understanding of automotive lending, credit applications, and deal structuring Familiarity with dealership contracts and lender funding requirements Experience preparing title and registration paperwork Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable communicating directly with customers, lenders, and DMV/title agencies Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software quickly Reliable, professional, and able to work independently What We're Looking For This is a key operational position within our dealership. You should be comfortable owning the entire administrative process after a customer agrees to purchase a vehicle—from financing and contract signing through funding, title transfer, and registration. Because finance and title mistakes can delay funding and create problems for customers, attention to detail and consistent follow-through are extremely important in this role.
